3. Orders & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery
   • Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer through authorized courier partners.
   • Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays due to logistics or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
   • Opened/used Products are not eligible for return.
   • Refunds/cancellations will be processed only in cases of:
     • Wrong Product delivered
     • Manufacturing defect
     • Damage during transit
   • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return/refund.
6. User Responsibilities

7. Limitation of Liability
